Terms and Conditions
Basic Information
1. Under these Terms and Conditions as well as the Terms and Conditions for accepting bets specified by the bookmaker, bets from people who are at least eighteen years old are accepted. The bookmaker has the right to deem any wagers that violate these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Terms and Conditions for taking bets and disbursing profits, as void. Even if it is discovered after the fact that bets were placed in violation of the Terms and Conditions, the bookmaker itself will not be held liable by the bookmaker.
2. Multiple accounts created on the MelBet website may be blocked for up to two months by the security service, which will also recalculate all winning bets placed from those accounts (enrollment can be done for one IP address, a single household, a single email address, a single payment method, one credit/debit card number, one eWallet, and a single electronic payment method; individuals who are in any way connected to a current user may not enter).
3. After a wager is put, the terms for taking bets (odds, handicaps, totals, maximum bet limits, etc.) can be altered, but the terms for bets that have already been placed stay the same. Before placing a wager, Customers should inquire about any modifications to the sportsbook’s current contents.
4. The bookmaker has the authority to reject a wager from any person without providing a reason.
5. MelBet retains the right to declare bets placed under these terms void in the event of a staff error (misprints in the sportsbook, issues with the odds, etc.), a divergence from these Terms and conditions while taking bets, or if bets are shown to be inappropriate in any other manner. Bets are paid out at odds of 1.00 in this instance.
6. If there are allegations of match-fixing, the firm may ban all wagers on the event until an international body makes a definitive judgment. If it is proven that an event was rigged, the corporation may also declare the wagers void. Bets are paid out at odds of 1.00 in this instance. The management staff is not required to show the evidence of match-fixing or its conclusions to the bettors.
7. The final outcomes will be used to settle bets based on the market odds for the specified outcome if there is a glaring mistake in the odds.
8. Bets that are settled wrongly (for example, because the outcomes were recorded inaccurately) will be reassessed. Bets that are made between the erroneous computation and the recalculation are accepted. The player must deposit money before they can place bets if their balance is negative following the recalculation.
9. A wager is settled with odds of 1.00 if the result of an occurrence was known at the time it was put.
10. When many competitors are crowned the winners of an event, tournament, championship, etc., this is known as the “Simultaneous Finish” rule. When the bet is resolved, the entire stake is divided by two if there are two winners declared. All wagers on this option are paid with odds of 1.00 if three or more winners are declared. “To be higher” bets are exempt from this restriction.
11. If these Terms and Conditions change, bets received after the change date will be subject to the updated guidelines.
12. It is the bettor’s responsibility to protect their password and login. All wagers made in betting shops and registered on the melbet.org website are legitimate. Only these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Terms and Conditions for taking bets and disbursing profits, may be used to cancel bets.
13. Network difficulties and other technical problems in the Customer’s communications do not constitute grounds for canceling a wager once it has been logged on the server.
14. Any bet placed by the client, along with the Customer’s consent to place a bet with the bookmaker, constitutes irrefutable proof that the Customer is aware of and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
15. Only the bookmaker’s published event results can be used to settle bets and calculate profits. Claims about the outcome of an event will be evaluated only if they have official proof from sporting federations. Results published by other bookies do not constitute a legitimate supplier of information for the sportsbook.
16. The bettor must confirm that the right sum has been delivered when they receive their winnings. They have to alert the bookmaker and give their account number, the date, the time, the event, the amount, the chosen outcome, the odds, and the explanation for their dispute regarding the awarded wins if they disagree that the amount is accurate. All claims pertaining to winning rewards have to be submitted within ten (10) days. Within 72 hours of the game’s conclusion, claims pertaining to bet payouts for Esports Live games (excluding Esports) must be submitted.
17. The bookmaker retains the right to prevent fraudulent activities by Customers who hold multiple accounts, use programmed betting software, engage in arbitrage wagering, use a betting account for purposes other than placing bets, misuse loyalty programs, and so forth.
- Canceling any bets placed;
- Terminating the bettor’s account and refunding any funds deposited;
- Reporting the fraudulent behavior to law enforcement authorities.
Additionally, the security team may conduct an account verification through a video call. During this process, they may request relevant identification documents and proof of account deposits to confirm the bettor’s identity.
18. The company maintains the authority to terminate a betting account and invalidate all bets made through that account under the following circumstances:
- The bettor had prior knowledge of the outcome of an event when placing a wager;
- The bettor was in a position to manipulate the event’s outcome due to direct involvement (as an athlete, referee, coach, etc.) or through an agent;
- Bets were made by a coordinated group of bettors (syndicate) to bypass the company’s established limitations;
- A single bettor holds multiple betting accounts (multi-accounting);
- There is suspicion that the bettor is utilizing software or technology designed to automate the betting process;
- Any deceitful tactics were employed to gain information or evade the restrictions set by the company.
In these cases, the balance in the bettor’s account will only be refunded after a thorough investigation has been concluded. The remaining balance will be calculated without including any funds acquired through fraudulent activities. Additionally, the company retains the right to decline refunds for a player’s losses that arise from fees charged by payment systems for deposits and withdrawals associated with their betting account.
19. If the betting company’s security service has concerns regarding a bettor’s identity or the accuracy of any information provided (such as address, credit or debit card details, or other data), it reserves the right to request documentation from the bettor to verify their identity or the information submitted. During this review process, the security service may suspend any payments until all evidence has been thoroughly examined. The betting company is entitled to require documents to be sent via traditional postal services. The verification of these documents may take up to 72 hours from the time they are received. Should it be determined that the information provided is not genuine, the company reserves the right to void all bets and suspend all financial transactions indefinitely. Additionally, the company may continue its investigation and request further documentation necessary to validate the authenticity of the account.
20. The bookmaker disclaims all liability and makes no guarantees about the accuracy of translations of club names, athlete last names, or tournament venues from other languages. Every piece of information in tournament headlines is only supplementary. Refunds for bets are not available for any possible inaccuracies in this information.
21. The company retains the right to add additional terms and modify the Terms and Conditions at any moment. As soon as the revised or amended terms are posted on the website, they will become effective.

This point is equally applicable to any individual’s use of the website’s content, including inappropriate use; problems accessing or using the website; delays in the website’s operation or data transmission; malfunctions in the communication lines; and any errors, misprints, or omissions in the website’s content.
23. The account holder attests to the fact that they are the one who performs all acts using their account. The individual who holds the account is personally liable for granting access to their account in the event that a third party takes any action.
24. The laws of Cyprus apply to the Terms and Conditions.
In several nations (such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Cyprus, the Netherlands, Iran, etc.), it may be unlawful to access and/or use the website, including any or all of the items it offers.
